Sales Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team with end-to-end contract and sales order execution, from countersignature to payment receipt
• Work closely with Sales and Legal Teams to manage sales contracts efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate across Production (HQ), Logistics, Project, and Sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Act as the key point of contact for customers regarding lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery updates
• Gather and compile regular analysis reports, including shipment reports and sales forecasts
• Issue commercial invoices and collaborate with Finance to follow up on weekly payment collections
• Manage credit insurance lines and monitor payment risk across shipments
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across various functions and locations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
• Prior experience in the solar industry and/or in a sales operations or coordination role
• International business knowledge or experience working in cross-border environments
• Strong analytical mindset with solid data analysis skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a welcome plus
