Sales Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the CRM sales process within Salesforce, including opportunity updates and administrative maintenance
• Develop customer-specific presentations, including building photograph libraries and customer configurations
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop storyboards and coordinate paint renderings for customer visits
• Coordinate compliance processes such as Anti-money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Export/Denied Party processing
• Manage Salesforce reporting and provide detailed sales data to management
• Provide administrative support including site visit coordination, travel arrangements, and processing purchase requests

Requirements

• BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Must be currently local to the DFW metro area
• Strong time management, project management, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aviation industry, specifically with helicopters
• Business proficiency in French
