Sales Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Interact with senior stakeholders to support various business units through sales operations activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for CRM system enquiries, including colleague training and support
• Support global sales enablement processes, including account planning and client satisfaction surveys
• Identify, track, and report on revenue at risk scenarios
• Produce data analysis and insights related to client and market segmentation and target identification
• Collaborate with analytics teams to produce sales pipeline reporting using CRM data
• Coordinate and manage sales campaigns in conjunction with marketing and sales colleagues
• Provide sales enabling support to Lead Relationship Managers

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Sales Operations, or a related field
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of project management techniques
• Demonstrable communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas), PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Experience or understanding of CRM systems
• Ability to work with data and basic analytical models

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in and aptitude for AI and automation
