Responsibilities

• Manage daily Salesforce operations including user management, roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Manage user provisioning across the sales tech stack including SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Design and optimize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and automations
• Monitor and cleanse CRM data to ensure high data hygiene and accuracy
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track KPIs and sales funnel velocity
• Implement new Salesforce features and third-party integrations
• Provide technical support and training to sales users
• Partner with revenue operations to identify operational gaps and improve efficiency
• Support pipeline management, account assignment, and territory alignment

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce Administration
• Experience supporting a US-based sales team
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Flow Builder, data modeling, and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a 4-hour daily overlap with US Eastern Time (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience with lead management tools, AI-powered sales tools, or Data Cloud
