Sales Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational backbone for the field team by maintaining tight CRM hygiene and managing reporting dashboards.
• Own the full Google partner registration workflow, including Deal Reg, Services Reg, and Co-sell to ensure proper revenue credit.
• Support the creation and turnaround of accurate Statements of Work (SOW) to prevent deal stalls.
• Manage lead routing and opportunity flow through the pipeline to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Assist with pricing, discount approvals, and future CPQ/contract management processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or a comparable GTM support role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM with a strong focus on data integrity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to own workflows end-to-end.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and partner teams under deadline pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud partner programs or other hyperscaler ecosystems.
• Background in Cybersecurity or B2B SaaS industries.
• Exposure to CPQ tooling and contract/SOW processes.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
