About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational backbone for the field team by maintaining tight CRM hygiene and managing reporting dashboards.
- Own the full Google partner registration workflow, including Deal Reg, Services Reg, and Co-sell to ensure proper revenue credit.
- Support the creation and turnaround of accurate Statements of Work (SOW) to prevent deal stalls.
- Manage lead routing and opportunity flow through the pipeline to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Assist with pricing, discount approvals, and future CPQ/contract management processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or a comparable GTM support role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM with a strong focus on data integrity.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to own workflows end-to-end.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and partner teams under deadline pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Cloud partner programs or other hyperscaler ecosystems.
- Background in Cybersecurity or B2B SaaS industries.
- Exposure to CPQ tooling and contract/SOW processes.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
