Sales Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and create comprehensive reports and presentations
• Partner with sales leaders to solve strategic problems and drive revenue growth
• Manage day-to-day sales operations including segmentation changes, quota updates, and sales forecasting
• Execute and scale sales planning activities such as headcount planning and target setting
• Build and maintain analytical models to support sales planning and operations
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the sales organization and cross-functional teams
• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing operations and maximizing sales productivity

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or business analytics
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, specifically in data analysis and financial modeling
• Proficiency in SQL or related programming languages
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong organizational skills with extremely high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with colleagues at all levels
