Sales Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quote process from customer request to delivery
• Register and manage bid submissions via OEM platforms like Cisco CCW
• Coordinate with global distribution channels to secure competitive pricing
• Build and deliver professional quotes using Sage X3
• Maintain visibility into OEM and distributor pricing for networking and AV hardware
• Monitor competitive landscape and pricing trends to provide market intelligence
• Maintain meticulous records of bids, pricing data, and customer interactions
• Coordinate with Account Management and Finance to drive final project invoicing

Requirements

• 2+ years in sales operations, inside sales, or commercial support within a technology reseller or VAR environment
• Hands-on experience with OEM bid registration platforms (Cisco CCW or similar)
• Deep commercial fluency in hardware resale, margins, and cost structures
• Experience with ERP or quoting platforms such as Sage X3
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple live deals simultaneously under pressure
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding part numbers and pricing

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in networking or audio-visual environments
• Hands-on experience with Cisco CCW, Sage X3, and Jira
• Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 500 customers in a reseller environment
