About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Go-to-Market (GTM) team to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Resolve client and operational issues by liaising with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, Privacy, and Risk teams.
  • Accurately book deals and ensure trades and transactions are correctly entered into relevant systems.
  • Track client information and expiries, proactively flagging upcoming dates to the team and clients.
  • Support payment and settlement activity, helping to resolve exceptions and ensure timely fund movement.
  • Manage account and user setup, including arranging client platform access and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare and share accurate customer reports with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A basic understanding of, or a strong interest in, payments and/or FX processes.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and instruments (e.g., spot, forwards, and options) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or operations role.
