Sales Operations and Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests regarding production and supply processes and customer order placement via Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Analyze current business processes to identify optimization and modeling opportunities
• Analyze data and develop recommendations to improve commercial organization efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy and perform quality checks to meet standards
• Collaborate with commercial units and other departments to understand product specifications and business needs
• Coordinate with departments to implement process changes

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Fluent spoken and written French
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Previous experience with or knowledge of D365 (ERP) is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data quality
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
