About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and performance gaps
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Support sales reps with pricing, renewals, and deal structuring questions
  • Assist with complex quotes cases in CPQ
  • Maintain account ownership and opportunity data in CRM
  • Track purchase orders, invoices, and payment status
  • Maintain partner records and commission tracking
  • Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline progression
  • Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools and workflow automations

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
  • Proactive mindset regarding AI tools and automations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CPQ tools
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Exposure to partner programs or commission structures
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
