About the role
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and performance gaps
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Support sales reps with pricing, renewals, and deal structuring questions
- Assist with complex quotes cases in CPQ
- Maintain account ownership and opportunity data in CRM
- Track purchase orders, invoices, and payment status
- Maintain partner records and commission tracking
- Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline progression
- Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools and workflow automations
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar
- Proficiency with Salesforce (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
- Proactive mindset regarding AI tools and automations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CPQ tools
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
- Exposure to partner programs or commission structures
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
