Sales Operations and Distribution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and improve the effectiveness of distribution tools and systems like CRM integrations
• Analyze distribution models and propose data-driven recommendations for market reach and efficiency
• Develop and manage reporting dashboards to track key distribution KPIs in real-time
• Create incentive analysis models to assess sales compensation plans
• Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts using historical data and market trends
• Perform root cause analysis on variances between forecasted and actual results
• Transform complex analytical findings into clear narratives and visualizations for executives
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in sales and distribution data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Distribution
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to use data analysis to identify business problems and recommend solutions
• Willingness to integrate AI tools and machine learning into workflows
