Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to optimize pipeline velocity and build actionable dashboards for leadership.
• Own sales KPIs including pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, and quota attainment.
• Build and maintain forecasting models to support data-informed decision-making.
• Audit and optimize the sales tech stack, including Salesforce and outreach tools, to ensure high adoption.
• Partner with account executives, marketing, legal, and finance to optimize workflows and reduce friction.
• Support the deal desk with pricing, structure, and margin tracking.
• Assist with capacity modeling, territory planning, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Strong understanding of sales motions, including pipeline, qualification, and forecasting.
• Ability to work with messy data and build models from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Experience presenting complex data insights to executive leadership with simplicity and confidence.
• Comfort working within a financial or crypto context (understanding of stablecoins, MSB compliance, etc.).
• High bias to action and ability to iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Slack API, or other SaaS stack automation.
• Background in financial services, compliance, or regulated environments.
• Previous experience at a high-growth company where sales operations directly impacted unit economics.
