Sales Operations Analyst - Junior

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy automation solutions to streamline the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Develop scripts and workflows to automate recurring tasks such as emails, file management, and reporting.
• Build internal tools including bots and automated processes to increase commercial efficiency.
• Construct dashboards and track key KPIs for Field Sales and MCC teams.
• Perform quantitative analyses to identify performance levers using data from CRM, LeadDesk, and BI tools.
• Lead cross-functional optimization projects, such as recruitment tools and TPV estimations.
• Document processes to ensure scalability and provide structured reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Ops, Business Ops, Data Analysis, or consulting.
• Proficiency in coding for automation (scripts, APIs).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with no-code tools such as Make, Zapier, Airtable, or Notion.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze datasets from CRM and Power BI.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in Generative AI.
