About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and deploy AI tools to automate routine tasks within the sales lifecycle
  • Re-architect the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead routing to revenue recognition
  • Use AI-driven analytics to enhance sales forecasting and identify at-risk pipeline deals
  • Own the roadmap for Salesforce CRM and integrated AI sales tools
  • Act as the strategic lead between Sales, Finance, and Legal for AI process compliance
  • Lead change management and training for new automated workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance
  • Demonstrable track record of implementing automation or AI-driven process improvements
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models (ARR, consumption, churn)
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI integration platforms
  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
