About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and deploy AI tools to automate routine tasks within the sales lifecycle
- Re-architect the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead routing to revenue recognition
- Use AI-driven analytics to enhance sales forecasting and identify at-risk pipeline deals
- Own the roadmap for Salesforce CRM and integrated AI sales tools
- Act as the strategic lead between Sales, Finance, and Legal for AI process compliance
- Lead change management and training for new automated workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance
- Demonstrable track record of implementing automation or AI-driven process improvements
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models (ARR, consumption, churn)
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI integration platforms
- Experience with Snowflake
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
