Sales Operation Coordinator

About the Company

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales operations including order processing, invoice issuance, and status updates through the Order Management System (OMS)
• Maintain and reconcile order, invoice, sales, and inventory data across Excel-based files and internal systems
• Create sales data summaries, reports, and dashboards to improve visibility and support management review
• Prepare English reports and materials for global reporting and commercial decision-making
• Monitor inventory levels and identify excess inventory risks to escalate to the Sales team
• Partner with Finance/Accounting to align order and invoice data and support billing processes
• Improve Excel-based workflows using VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and automation methods
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase accuracy and strengthen inventory control

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or commercial support
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables); macro capability is a plus
• Business-level Japanese and English skills for global reporting
• Experience with Order Management Systems, ERP, or CRM
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
