About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a comprehensive Sales New Hire onboarding experience and lead the Sales New Hire Bootcamp
- Build and operate a structured 30-60-90 certification program with measurable proficiency standards
- Own the long-term enablement roadmap, including continuous learning paths and advanced certification tracks
- Develop sales dashboards and reports to track new hire performance and identify onboarding gaps
- Drive tool adoption by providing training and support on the sales tech stack
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a high-performing Sales role
- Strong facilitation skills for leading engaging bootcamp-style sessions
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to prove training effectiveness
- Proficiency with modern enablement tech including LMS, AI coaching platforms, and CRM
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with Sales leadership
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
