About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive Sales New Hire onboarding experience and lead the Sales New Hire Bootcamp
  • Build and operate a structured 30-60-90 certification program with measurable proficiency standards
  • Own the long-term enablement roadmap, including continuous learning paths and advanced certification tracks
  • Develop sales dashboards and reports to track new hire performance and identify onboarding gaps
  • Drive tool adoption by providing training and support on the sales tech stack

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a high-performing Sales role
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading engaging bootcamp-style sessions
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to prove training effectiveness
  • Proficiency with modern enablement tech including LMS, AI coaching platforms, and CRM
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with Sales leadership
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
