Sales Onboarding Agent

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the onboarding process, including account setup and document submission.
• Provide clear instructions for completing required paperwork or digital forms.
• Address customer inquiries regarding the car buying process via phone, email, or chat.
• Proactively communicate updates on application or purchase status.
• Explain financing options and related services in an approachable manner.
• Accurately record and update customer information in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure optimal customer matching.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or onboarding (automotive experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital platforms.
• Customer-first mindset with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
