Sales Officer Cargo

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the cargo commercial and operational strategy in the Amsterdam market to maximize revenue and performance.
• Manage and coordinate the insource team to achieve agreed-upon targets, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Develop and execute country and account plans to optimize revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix.
• Maintain a portfolio of customer contracts and steer relationships with global, regional, and local key accounts.
• Provide market intelligence to HQ and identify opportunities or obstacles within the market.
• Ensure compliance with EYCC standards, service levels (SLAs), and KPIs.
• Drive the implementation of digital solutions including iCargo, self-service tools, and E-Airway Bills.
• Cooperate with GHA and Cargo Terminals to ensure high-quality service and compliance with Etihad standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma with 3 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience specifically within the Cargo industry.
• Extensive customer knowledge and strong cargo commercial expertise.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge and experience with GHA (Ground Handling Agent) or warehouse handling.
