Sales Officer Cargo

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Etihad Cargo commercial strategy within the Amsterdam market.
• Manage and coordinate the insource team to achieve revenue, load factor, and yield targets.
• Develop and execute country and account plans to maximize product mix and revenue growth.
• Maintain a portfolio of customer contracts and steer relationships with global, regional, and local accounts.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to HQ to identify opportunities and overcome obstacles.
• Ensure compliance with EYCC standards, service levels, and safety/security procedures.
• Drive the adoption of digital solutions including iCargo, self-service tools, and E-Airway Bills.
• Cooperate with GHA and Cargo Terminals to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• High School diploma with 3 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience specifically within the Cargo industry.
• Extensive knowledge of the cargo customer landscape.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Basic knowledge and experience with GHA or warehouse handling operations.
