Sales Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Act as both Account Manager and Merchandiser for large store accounts
• Serve as the primary contact between company management and store management
• Build customer relationships and increase business by selling and ordering products
• Educate customers about the beverage portfolio and sell incremental displays or promotional programs
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets, and promotional signage
• Ensure accounts meet merchandising standards and transmit replenishment orders
• Regularly stock products on shelves and in coolers while maintaining rotation standards
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, reaching, and kneeling

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1+ years of general work experience
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company policy
• Proficient computer application skills
• Physical ability to push/pull material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack) for at least 100 yards
• Strong attention to detail, planning, and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• 1+ years of relevant sales experience
