About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute client priorities in-store, including product distribution, setup, and shelf optimization
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store management
- Provide regular in-store support, including planogram (POG) updates and out-of-stock (OOS) corrections
- Verify product freshness and maintain shelf standards
- Prepare and submit required performance and progress reports
- Share field insights to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Reliable internet access and email for scheduling and training
- Experience in merchandising, ideally with Walmart or in the grocery sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, courteous, and confident attitude
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Proficiency with reporting tools and mobile applications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is an asset
