About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute client priorities in-store, including product distribution, setup, and shelf optimization
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with store management
  • Provide regular in-store support, including planogram (POG) updates and out-of-stock (OOS) corrections
  • Verify product freshness and maintain shelf standards
  • Prepare and submit required performance and progress reports
  • Share field insights to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
  • Reliable internet access and email for scheduling and training
  • Experience in merchandising, ideally with Walmart or in the grocery sector
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, courteous, and confident attitude
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and mobile applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is an asset
