About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute client retail priorities including product distribution and building displays
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management
  • Provide in-store merchandising support including planogram updates and correcting out-of-stocks
  • Ensure product freshness and maintain shelf standards
  • Prepare and submit performance reports across multiple stores
  • Share actionable field insights to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
  • Experience in merchandising, particularly within Walmart and grocery retail channels
  • Reliable access to internet and email
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in using reporting tools, mobile apps, and Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
