About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute client retail priorities including product distribution and building displays
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management
- Provide in-store merchandising support including planogram updates and correcting out-of-stocks
- Ensure product freshness and maintain shelf standards
- Prepare and submit performance reports across multiple stores
- Share actionable field insights to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Experience in merchandising, particularly within Walmart and grocery retail channels
- Reliable access to internet and email
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in using reporting tools, mobile apps, and Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
