About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute client priorities in-store, including product distribution, setup, and shelf optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management
- Provide regular in-store support, including planogram updates, out-of-stock corrections, and freshness checks
- Prepare and submit required performance and progress reports
- Share field insights to identify growth opportunities and improve program execution
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Reliable internet access and email for scheduling and training
- Experience in merchandising, ideally with Walmart or in the grocery sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, courteous, and confident attitude
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Proficiency with reporting tools and mobile applications, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to adapt to market changes and shifting priorities
