Sales & Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish content for social media, blogs, and website articles
• Create Arabic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
• Generate visual and written marketing content including graphics and ad copy
• Conduct lead generation and qualification to identify potential clients
• Reach out to potential leads using company scripts
• Track and document responses and follow-up processes
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance
• Compile marketing reports and KPIs for the Commercial Manager
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, brochures, and product overviews
• Manage and organize leads within HubSpot
• Support sales team with cold calls, cold emails, and outreach
• Conduct SWOT analysis, competitor research, and market analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
• Understanding of social media marketing and content creation
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Apps

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or META
