About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end coordination of new-home listings across MLS platforms and internal sales systems.
  • Create, input, and maintain MLS listings, ensuring compliance with rules and updating status fields like pricing and sales status.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to source and upload listing assets, including photography, video, and property descriptions.
  • Audit spec home pricing and maintain current price sheets and feature/amenity sheets for inventory.
  • Review and route contingency-approval requests and track them through the closing process.
  • Produce market intelligence reports, including Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and comparable-sales packages.
  • Maintain regular in-office attendance and work overtime or weekends as required by business needs.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school.
  • 2–4 years of related professional experience.
  • Working knowledge of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platforms and listing protocols.
  • Knowledge of residential real estate sales processes and transaction documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior direct working knowledge of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
  • Experience using JD Edwards.
  • General knowledge of real estate sales and transactions.
