Sales & Marketing Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Clean and update CRM records, including contacts, accounts, and industry classifications
• Support marketing automation campaigns, event management, and studio production logistics
• Maintain client and target lists by cleaning up inactive or bounced contacts
• Manage the internal content library by uploading, tagging, and archiving videos
• Perform basic content updates and visual consistency checks for Power BI dashboards
• Assist with tech stack updates and participate in vendor interaction calls
• Contribute to creative projects such as video editing and designing Miro boards

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Economics, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and business processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation tools
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI
• Basic video editing skills
