Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on increasing direct bookings and revenue growth
• Design and implement a robust annual marketing plan across all channels
• Collaborate with the Head of Revenue to align campaigns with seasonal peaks and booking trends
• Lead direct marketing initiatives including Email, Google Ads, paid social, and programmatic advertising
• Optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROAS and reduce OTA reliance
• Oversee social media campaigns and content calendars in collaboration with the Brand Manager
• Lead and mentor the Brand Manager and manage external agencies or freelancers
• Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
• 3–5 years of marketing management experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or e-commerce
• Proven ability to execute full-funnel marketing strategies
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO, programmatic advertising, and digital analytics
• Experience managing social media campaigns and content calendars
• Prior team management experience
• Strong project management and data analysis skills
