About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in lead generation and prospecting through research, cold calls, and outreach
  • Support the sales team by maintaining CRM data and preparing performance reports
  • Create and schedule content for digital marketing platforms including social media and email campaigns
  • Contribute to market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering
  • Help manage and optimize online marketing campaigns such as SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with wider service teams to ensure alignment across sales and marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-1 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or communications
  • High energy, a strong competitive spirit, and a proactive "hunter" mentality
  • Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and client-facing skills
