About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide backend support to the sales function by ensuring timely material delivery to customers
- Manage warehouse operations including stock verification and manpower productivity
- Monitor and improve Order Cycle Time (OCT) and freight costs
- Oversee warehouse and office infrastructure and execute Capex projects
- Process vendor payments and coordinate outstanding closures
- Ensure statutory compliance, license renewals, and safety audits
- Prepare and circulate monthly operational reports
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial and Warehouse Management
- Graduate Degree (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) from a full-time course
- Minimum 50% marks throughout education with no backlogs
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to travel to various warehouses and relocate within India
- Age under 26
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Transport Management Systems
- Knowledge of statutory laws and warehouse operations
