Sales & Marketing Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the sales department to maximize total revenue
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and respond to enquiries
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives to achieve hotel targets
• Collaborate with management to ensure costs, inventory, and productivity levels are controlled
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company values
• Ensure adherence to all legislation and compliance requirements for internal and external audits

Requirements

• Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to exceptional guest service
• Strong communication skills and personal integrity
• Hands-on approach with a proactive, can-do work style
• Proficiency in working with various IT systems and platforms
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
