Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the sales department and hotel sales initiatives
• Maximize total revenue and guest satisfaction
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Execute assigned duties professionally to achieve departmental objectives
• Collaborate with management to control costs and inventory
• Maintain effective working relationships and promote company culture
• Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice for audits

Requirements

• Experience in sales is beneficial but not essential
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Passion for the hospitality industry and exceptional guest service
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks
• Personal integrity and ability to work in an excellence-driven environment
• Experience working with various IT systems
• Strong communication skills
