About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing activities
  • Serves as the main point of contact/liaison for key internal and external initiatives
  • Tracks, manages, and maintains budgets and spending to ensure cost-saving measures
  • Coordinates projects including material distribution, data compilation, and data verification
  • Manages work in a confidential manner and adheres to compliant behavior with HCPs
  • Performs general office administrative duties such as meeting coordination and travel arrangements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in medical devices or a corporate environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Concur
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with high accuracy
  • Highly organized and proactive problem-solving thinker
