About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing activities
- Serves as the main point of contact/liaison for key internal and external initiatives
- Tracks, manages, and maintains budgets and spending to ensure cost-saving measures
- Coordinates projects including material distribution, data compilation, and data verification
- Manages work in a confidential manner and adheres to compliant behavior with HCPs
- Performs general office administrative duties such as meeting coordination and travel arrangements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in medical devices or a corporate environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Concur
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with high accuracy
- Highly organized and proactive problem-solving thinker
