About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on regional travel trends, consumer demand patterns, and emerging destinations
- Monitor macro trends affecting travel including pricing, seasonality, geopolitical factors, and sustainability
- Summarize findings into concise, executive-ready insights for Regional Sales leadership
- Review Kensington itineraries to identify gaps, enhancement opportunities, and differentiators
- Perform in-depth competitor analysis on itinerary structure, pricing positioning, and value propositions
- Assist in preparing internal sales tools, reference documents, and briefing materials
- Maintain and organize research documents, trackers, and shared resources
- Provide general administrative support to Regional Sales teams as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Economics, International Relations, or related field
- Strong research and analytical skills; comfortable synthesizing large amounts of information
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI reporting
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in luxury travel, global markets, and client-centric service design
