About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on regional travel trends, consumer demand patterns, and emerging destinations
  • Monitor macro trends affecting travel including pricing, seasonality, geopolitical factors, and sustainability
  • Summarize findings into concise, executive-ready insights for Regional Sales leadership
  • Review Kensington itineraries to identify gaps, enhancement opportunities, and differentiators
  • Perform in-depth competitor analysis on itinerary structure, pricing positioning, and value propositions
  • Assist in preparing internal sales tools, reference documents, and briefing materials
  • Maintain and organize research documents, trackers, and shared resources
  • Provide general administrative support to Regional Sales teams as needed

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Economics, International Relations, or related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills; comfortable synthesizing large amounts of information
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI reporting
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in luxury travel, global markets, and client-centric service design
