Sales Manager/Sr Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in annual planning and developing new accounts
• Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls
• Develop weekly business leads and prepare monthly account penetration lists
• Plan minimum of 2 site inspections or entertainment meetings per week
• Monitor competitor rate strategies and marketing activities
• Manage account contracting, profile updates, and renewals
• Up-sell and cross-sell hotel facilities and services to maximize revenue
• Conduct negotiations to achieve best profit and rates
• Attend local community business events to network

Requirements

• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track record
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
• Ability to work in stressful and high-pressure situations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills
• Eligibility to work in Putrajaya
