About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the outbound sales motion from prospecting and pitching to closing deals
  • Target mid-market and enterprise accounts across South Africa
  • Lead introductory calls and drive the complete sales cycle
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and pre-sales teams to align go-to-market strategies
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • 6–12 years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience (principal or partner environment)
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals in South Africa
  • Experience in CRM, HR tech, low-code platforms, or similar SaaS applications
  • Strong understanding of the local tech ecosystem and enterprise buying cycles
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and navigate complex deals
  • A proactive, self-driven "hunter" mindset
