About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the outbound sales motion from prospecting and pitching to closing deals
- Target mid-market and enterprise accounts across South Africa
- Lead introductory calls and drive the complete sales cycle
- Work closely with marketing, product, and pre-sales teams to align go-to-market strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- 6–12 years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience (principal or partner environment)
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals in South Africa
- Experience in CRM, HR tech, low-code platforms, or similar SaaS applications
- Strong understanding of the local tech ecosystem and enterprise buying cycles
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and navigate complex deals
- A proactive, self-driven "hunter" mindset
