Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop key customers and identify new business opportunities for specialized test equipment across Southeast Asia
• Perform market observation and analysis to implement effective product and market strategies
• Cooperate with international sales partners to secure new business ventures
• Conduct contract negotiations, professional presentations, and project kick-offs
• Prepare detailed cost calculations and customer quotations
• Participate in regional sales planning for the Southeast Asia market

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation Engineering
• Proven experience in Sales, Project Management, or Business Development
• Professional experience working with test systems, production machinery, or similar equipment
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English
