About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead according to XXL's management principles and act as a role model for employees
- Follow up and develop the team
- Train new employees
- Ensure campaigns are implemented according to plan
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to department staff
- Actively contribute to the department's HSE (HMS) work
Requirements
- Relevant experience from a similar position within retail
- Proven results in sales and customer service
- Proficiency in Norwegian or a Scandinavian language (written and oral)
- Interest in sports and/or outdoor life
- Ability to motivate, support, and inspire a team
- Strong decision-making and collaborative skills
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset
