Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive branding-led revenue growth across the UK, focusing on CTV, Programmatic, and Display solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media agencies, trading desks, and direct brands.
• Leverage performance marketing expertise across Mobile and Web to capture incremental budgets.
• Monitor competitor activity and audience trends to sharpen go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with Ad Ops, Strategy, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Media or AdTech Sales, specifically within UK and EMEA markets.
• Established relationships with EMEA trading hubs within major agency groups (e.g., GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, Omnicom, IPG).
• Mandatory experience working within a curator/reseller or publisher sales ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of branding solutions across CTV, Programmatic, Display, and Native ecosystems.
• Proven expertise in Performance Marketing (Mobile & Web).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Banner and Rich Media solutions.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue within agency-led environments.
