Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Take operational leadership over the SMB and Mid-Market Brand Account Management Team.
• Coach, lead, and develop a team of 6+ executives through weekly 1x1s and ongoing training.
• Evaluate current sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy and vision for the Agency business segment.
• Build and maintain a high-performing, positive team culture.
• Develop growth plans for the business unit to ensure financial success and scalability.

Requirements

• Current sales management experience or at least 2 years of direct team sales management expertise.
• Proven experience as an individual contributor successfully selling through an indirect channel.
• Experience building and executing growth and retention strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies to generate leads.
• Ability to communicate value propositions effectively to clients of all sizes.
