About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives with a focus on activation-led revenue delivery
- Set high standards for the team to ensure motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Own the 30/60/90-day onboarding process for new hires to ensure they ramp up effectively
- Build and maintain individual development plans for each team member, tracking skills like discovery and objection handling
- Run weekly pipeline reviews to ensure deal quality, stage accuracy, and forecast reliability
- Provide actionable coaching through regular call listening and targeted role-plays
- Monitor key metrics including lead-to-close conversion, activation rates, and revenue per deal
- Maintain CRM hygiene within Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking
- Partner with the Sales Director on hiring, target setting, and team scaling
Requirements
- 5+ years in a B2B sales role
- At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching a sales team
- A proven track record of developing people and helping reps grow professionally
- Experience running structured pipeline reviews and holding teams accountable to targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver tough feedback constructively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in fintech, payments, FX, SaaS, or financial services
