Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across the UAE market
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic channels to expand market reach
• Build and manage a high-performing pipeline of leads, prospects, and key accounts
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling
• Lead client meetings, sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closure
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
• Coordinate with internal Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior management
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in UAE tech, digital, e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B environments
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer behavior
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and resilience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
• Existing network of potential clients or partners within the UAE
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
