About the role
About the Company
VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire inbound sales cycle, from qualified inquiry to handover to the Energy Operations team
- Conduct structured advisory consultations with multi-family building owners to drive closures
- Manage and control your own sales pipeline independently
- Continuously optimize CRM structures, pitch arguments, and follow-up processes
- Test new conversation guides, objection handling, and closing strategies
- Provide a systematic feedback loop between the market, product, and operations teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar sales-driven role
- Experience in energy, real estate, or SaaS environments is ideal
- Fluent German (C2 level) with the ability to explain complex products clearly
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for revenue
- Structured, KPI-driven work style with a focus on improving conversion rates
- High resilience and a proactive approach to handling objections
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin

- Passion for the startup environment and building something from the ground up
- Desire to work in an ambitious, founder-led setting rather than a standard 9-to-5
