Sales Manager

About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire inbound sales cycle, from qualified inquiry to handover to the Energy Operations team
• Conduct structured advisory consultations with multi-family building owners to drive closures
• Manage and control your own sales pipeline independently
• Continuously optimize CRM structures, pitch arguments, and follow-up processes
• Test new conversation guides, objection handling, and closing strategies
• Provide a systematic feedback loop between the market, product, and operations teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar sales-driven role
• Experience in energy, real estate, or SaaS environments is ideal
• Fluent German (C2 level) with the ability to explain complex products clearly
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for revenue
• Structured, KPI-driven work style with a focus on improving conversion rates
• High resilience and a proactive approach to handling objections
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin
