Vélotour, Pop In The City, and a third upcoming event constitute a group of historical players in mass-market sporting events in France. Their ambition is to offer immersive experiences that allow people to rediscover territories through strong, accessible, and unifying event formats.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sign new private partners (brands, advertisers) at local and national levels
• Build, manage, and convert a structured commercial pipeline
• Lead meetings, understand client needs, and adapt proposals
• Negotiate, contract, and follow up on opportunities through to closing
• Develop B2B ticketing (CSE, HR, internal communication) and build adapted offers
• Develop and retain a portfolio of recurring buyers
• Collaborate with content and acquisition teams to maximize lead generation
• Participate in the structuring of processes, CRM tools, and field insights
• Design tailor-made partnership and sponsorship proposals
• Work with project teams to create actionable setups

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of confirmed commercial experience, ideally in events, sports, media, or B2B services
• Proven experience in prospecting and portfolio development
• Experience selling sponsorship packages, partnerships, or tailor-made offers
• Comfortable in development-phase environments and with diverse private sector stakeholders
• Strong results orientation and closing culture
• Ability to structure a commercial pipeline and prioritize effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convince decision-makers
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset
