About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Director in managing the sales team and driving revenue growth
- Ensure the profitability of the boutique through optimized commercial practices
- Act as the operational lead and point of contact for the team in the absence of the Boutique Manager
- Oversee team development, training, and performance monitoring
- Drive clienteling actions and ensure an exceptional omnichannel customer experience
- Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the values and heritage of the Maison
Requirements
- Significant management experience within a luxury boutique environment
- Proven track record in team management, development, and human capital growth
- Strong focus on customer experience and omnichannel service excellence
- Experience working with local clientele
- Fluency in both English and French
