About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Director in managing the sales team and driving revenue growth
  • Ensure the profitability of the boutique through optimized commercial practices
  • Act as the operational lead and point of contact for the team in the absence of the Boutique Manager
  • Oversee team development, training, and performance monitoring
  • Drive clienteling actions and ensure an exceptional omnichannel customer experience
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the values and heritage of the Maison

Requirements

  • Significant management experience within a luxury boutique environment
  • Proven track record in team management, development, and human capital growth
  • Strong focus on customer experience and omnichannel service excellence
  • Experience working with local clientele
  • Fluency in both English and French
