Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales operations for the AITO luxury electric vehicle brand in the UAE market.
• Oversee the sales team to ensure effective customer engagement, vehicle presentations, and test drives.
• Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, insurance, and financing.
• Supervise lead management and follow-up activities across walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms.
• Review and approve quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts in coordination with finance and admin teams.
• Manage customer relationship activities to encourage repeat sales and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, and competitor products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in automotive sales and team supervision.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and consistently achieving performance targets.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales software such as Autoline, Salesforce, or DMS.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of vehicle features, financing options, and emerging automotive brands.
