Sales Manager Transient

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, diplomatic, OTA, and leisure accounts across local and international markets.
• Prospect and sign new corporate accounts, negotiating Local Negotiated Rates (LNRs) and preferred agreements.
• Conduct regular account calls, business reviews, and site inspections to maximize share of wallet.
• Manage relationships with key OTA partners, travel management companies (TMCs), and luxury travel consortia.
• Identify and develop transient business from embassies, consulates, and international organizations.
• Support pre-opening activities, including building the transient account database and participating in sales blitzes.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure rate parity and channel optimization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, ideally within the luxury or upper-upscale segment.
• Proven track record in corporate account management and LNR negotiation.
• Proficiency in GDS platforms and hotel CRM/sales systems.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with corporate buyers and luxury travel advisors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment.
