About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of consultants to drive sales for training academy programs
- Implement performance reviews for the sales team
- Identify and target potential students through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and strong relationships with individual learners
- Conduct research on potential students to understand their specific development needs
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to close sales
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure programs meet student expectations
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Experience in the training and education industry is preferred
- Proven managerial skills to lead a team of consultants
- Deep understanding of training and development programs and their impact
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
