About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial growth in Scotland by building strategic partnerships with retailers and key stakeholders.
- Own the end-to-end RVM sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing.
- Prepare and sell trial/pilot RVM projects and gather critical market insights.
- Develop tailored solutions and pricing models to meet local market needs.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Lead and coach a small local team, providing onboarding and performance support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, delivery, service, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities.
- Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across Scotland.
- Right to work in the UK.

- Experience managing long-term projects involving multiple stakeholders.
