Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive selling environment by overseeing all aspects of the selling process and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Set daily customer service goals to enhance responsiveness and overall satisfaction.
• Train and coach the sales team on brand standards, product placement, and time management.
• Assist in goal setting and verification to align the team with quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes to integrate new hires into the company culture.
• Provide continuous feedback and conduct regular briefings on products, CRM, and company updates.
• Oversee CRM activities to achieve retention, upgrading, and prospect conversion targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales trends to provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• University Degree in Economics or a related field of study.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar management role within a structured environment.
• Highly developed business acumen and the ability to maintain a "big picture" perspective.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and French.
